Fees assessed are consistent with prevailing rates in the Palm Beach County area.  In certain cases, fees may be adjusted according to the individual’s ability to pay and/or current financial situation.

Payment for Services:
Payment is expected at each session.  For the convenience of our clients, ACS accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Insurance:
ACS cooperates with numerous insurance companies and managed care providers for payment of services.  Each participant is encouraged to bring his/her policy information to the office to determine the extent of coverage.

Responsibility for Payment:
Should an insurance company or managed care provider disavow a claim for services already rendered, the individual is then solely responsible for payment in full.

Office Hours:
Sessions are arranged by appointment.  Evening and weekend sessions are available for the convenience of the client.  Should the need arise, a 24 hour emergency on-call service is available.
